Christmas is no longer just about chocolate as sugar confectionery giant Haribo this year has its biggest ever Christmas range, with new-look packaging and new pack formats.

Sparkly Stars, Merry Snowmen and Jolly Santas are all available in 50g handy bags (rrp 49p), while the Santa’s Selection includes Mini Stars, Mini Snowmen and Mini Santas. It is available in a 120g tube (rrp £1.29) and a 400g carry case which contains 25 mini bags (rrp £4). Also new is a Christmas Mix 235g sharing bag (rrp £1.29) which features festively shaped gums and jellies.

Haribo managing director Herwig Vennekens says: “Christmas may traditionally be dominated by chocolate, but our growth during the 2010 season demonstrated a growing demand for Haribo gums and jellies.”
