Minions, stars of the Despicable Me franchise, have been immortalised by Haribo in a new range.
Haribo Minions are available from later this month in 180g £1 pricemarked packs with a choice of three collectable bags. Each pack contains a mixture of five Minion-shaped jelly and foam pieces in strawberry, apple, raspberry, cherry and blueberry flavours.
The launch of Haribo Minions will be supported by a marketing campaign including digital and social activation, and POS.
Haribo marketing manager Hayley Johnson said: “Despicable Me is a much loved brand and has mass market appeal. With this in mind, we’ve no doubt that Haribo Minions will prove just as popular, becoming a key driver of confectionery sales this summer and beyond.”
