The success of the Rowntree’s ice lolly has prompted Froneri to launch a spin-off, Rowntree’s Fruit Stack lolly.
The strawberry, juicy orange and zingy apple flavour all-in-one lolly is designed to be a fruity treat perfect for summer.
With the Rowntree’s brand now worth £29m and having experienced 76% growth in brand value in the past two years (Nielsen Total Coverage, value sales, 52 w/e 13 July 2019), the launch capitalises on a much-loved family favourite with more than 3.6 million shoppers buying the Rowntree’s brand (Kantar worldpanel buyers 52 w/e 14 July 2019).
Each Rowntree’s Fruit Stack lolly contains 55 calories and more than 20% fruit content with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

In addition to Rowntree’s Fruit Stack, Froneri has also announced that it will be launching the new Rowntree’s Mix’d Pack – a mixed pack of 12 full- size ice lollies featuring family favourites including three Fruit Pastilles, three Tropical Push Ups, three strawberry and three watermelon ice lollies. The new product is set to be a hit with busy parents by offering a range of refreshing, tasty and permissible treats throughout the week.
The Rowntree’s Fruit Stack is available in a pack of four with an rrp of £2.20 while the Rowntree’s Mix’d Pack has an rrp of £3.50. Both products will be stocked nationwide in time for summer.
