Açaí producer Sambazon is tapping into demand for healthier, ready-to-eat frozen products with its new scoopable açaí tub.
The new plant-based frozen product is vegan, dairy and gluten-free, organic, certified fairtrade and sustainably sourced. It can be used to create açai bowls and smoothies, without the need for blending.
The açai berry itself is a nutritional plant botanical that is high in antioxidants and healthy omegas 3-6-9. The Sambazon frozen scoopable açai contains 100 calories per serving.
The new launch joins Sambazon’s blend-at-home frozen açaí superfruit packs and is available to independent retailers nationwide with an rrp of £4.60 per 400g tub.
