The latest new format Nisa store has opened in Denton, on the outskirts of Manchester city centre.
The 3,000sq ft Nisa Local-branded outlet is owned by DPPS Trading, the trading vehicle of experienced retailers Dev Parekh, Jagmail Singh and Minesh Dhokia. The store, previously a restaurant, is modelled on Nisa’s supermarket format and has been planned according to shopper missions and demographics in the locality.
Co-director Dev Parekh said: “The store looks absolutely fantastic and we are so pleased with the end results. It has been designed with the customer in mind, making it easier for them to navigate around and for us to maximise our profits in every square foot.”
DPPS Trading already already have plans to open another store in the Manchester area under the Nisa Local fascia.
