Nisa-Today's has appointed Mark Pullen, independent non-executive director of Nisa-Today's Holdings Board, to the role of non-executive chairman. He replaces Raj Chatha who has chaired the board since May 2007.
The group said: "At that time it was agreed that Raj would chair the company for one year while Nisa-Today's was undergoing an important transition period and developing a number of new strategies and business objectives. This period has now been successfully completed."
Nisa-Today's chief executive officer Neil Turton said the company was now in a strong position for the future.
Pullen, an accountant, has worked in the consumer goods industry for more than 30 years. Most recently, he was group finance director for Geest PLC.
