This autumn, Kefir brand Biotiful Gut Health launched ‘Paint the Store Green,’ the first Brand Ambassador programme aimed at helping convenience stores champion gut health.
A recent Federation of Independent Retailers event hosted by Biotiful together with Booker, Bestway, Co-Op, One Stop, and Spar Blakemore highlighted the need for a health champion within the convenience sector. As such, Biotiful has appointed a Gut Health Hero for each store group, who will advocate the guidelines which will be published next month by Convenience Store. In addition, for four weeks across October and November, Biotiful is supporting retailers with enhanced POS packages and health focused social media content.
Commenting on the activations, head of out of home for Biotiful, Melanie Tucker, said; “We’re incredibly proud to have spearheaded these important discussions about health in convenience together with the Fed. The numbers speak for themselves – consumers want access to natural, clean, great tasting products in convenience.”
