Not that we need them in the current cold snap, but Cadbury Ice Cream has just revealed it has plans to release three new products for the ice cream freezer this year.
The new lines are a Dairy Milk Mint stick (in 4x90ml packs), a Mini equivalent (6x 50ml), as well as a 425ml Crunchie tub. Froneri, who supply the range, says the lines are aiming for a broad, family audience. It adds that stick and tub formats are in growth, and that indulgent, convenient treats are one of its targets for the year.
Brand manager Kim Jacks said: “Cadbury Ice Cream has achieved growth that outpaces the total branded ice cream market across all formats. We’re thrilled to announce the launch of three exciting SKUs, With the increasing demand for snacking, these irresistible treats are sure to disappear fast.”
The range is initially launching in Morrisons with a general release scheduled for March.
