Cypressa has launched a new Kofta Wrap Kit designed to make it “even easier to create a traditional Middle-Eastern inspired dish” at home.
Launching into Co-op stores this month and available to independent retailers, Cypressa’s new Kofta Wrap Kit (RRP £.50) includes all the main accompaniments to create and serve authentic Kofta at home.
Traditionally made from minced beef, lamb, pork or chicken with herbs and spices, it can also be vegetarian-friendly using lentils as a non-meat alternative.
Ideal for midweek meals and feeding a family on a budget, the kit serves four and contains eight flatbread wraps, kofta seasoning mix and a garlic and herb sauce.
