Protein products supplier Grenade has revealed a Peanut Butter & Jelly (PB&J) bar. Packing 20g protein and just 1.8g sugar, the firm claims that the bar is a healthier alternative to high sugar confectionery, with the added power of protein to keep fitness fanatics on track with their New Year’s resolutions.

Grenade head of product Rob Page said: “One of the cornerstones of Grenade’s success lies in our continual focus on health, taste, and innovation, so we’re delighted to bring this American-inspired snack to the table.
“Launched at a time where the country is embracing healthier lifestyles, following the success of our White Chocolate Salted Peanut and Peanut Nutter bars, we’re confident our customers will love this new addition, with nuts fast becoming a growing on-trend ingredient.”
