Gusbourne is releasing a new Chardonnay wine into the UK convenience channel.

Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs 2014

Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs 2014 (12%) is made using Chardonnay fruits and is aged for a minimum of 42 months.

Gusbourne chief winemaker, Charlie Holland, said: “We have always strived to produce distinctive English wines at Gusbourne, but it was during our base wine tasting of 2014 that it truly dawned on me what the possibilities were.

“The 2014 convinced me that our wonderfully unique blend of soils and climates could consistently create outstanding ripeness.”

The new product will be made available to c-stores and independents over the next few months with an rrp of £59.
