Halewood International has extended its Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer range to include a 440ml can format.
Available now, it is hoped the Crabbie’s Cans will broad the appeal of the brand to a younger 25-35 year-old audience by appearing at summer occasions such as festivals and barbecues.
Director of innovation Richard Clark said the format will bring new customers to the brand. “It will offer new occasions for them to trial and enjoy the product as part of their regular repertoire,” he said. “Crabbie’s in cans also refrigerates faster than in bottles and so is perfect for sporting and other outdoor events where the product needs to be chilled quickly and space may be at a premium.”
