Spar wholesaler James Hall & Co is extending its food-to-go range for vegans and vegetarians, with a collection of fresh sandwiches and wraps.
The new line-up, available to Spar retailers in the North from 14 February, are handmade using a variety of plant-based and dairy ingredients in six music-themed flavours.
The sandwiches and wraps will be sold under James Hall’s Great Northern Sandwich brand and include: Simply the Pest-O; Goaty McGoat Cheese; Jala-Bean-O; Go Greek Lightning; Beet it; and Royal Spice.
Using ingredients such as Mediterranean vegetables, tomato and onion houmous and sweet chilli sauce, the new products will be available as part of Spar’s food-to-go meal deal, which offers a main, drink and snack for £3.50.

James Hall has also extended its vegan offering by stocking the new range from Tanpopo, which includes vege gyoza dippers; edamame pots; and bamboo & mushroom ramen.
