Kinder has launched a new on-pack promotion ‘Make your little one’s art famous’ across its entire range this month.
The campaign runs until August 2015 and embraces the brand’s strapline ‘invented for kids, approved by mums’ by asking parents to encourage their kids to get creative for a chance to see themselves on the front of Kinder Chocolate Packs across the UK.
Parents can enter and upload their children’s portraits via www.kinderchocolate.com. There are three tiers of prizes for entrants: 1st tier winners will have their photographs and art portraits printed on to Kinder Chocolate packaging from February 2016; 2nd tier all the valid entries will be featured on a six-sheet digital panel in one high footfall location in both the UK and Ireland; and finally the 3rd tier could win a colouring kit as part of the mop up draw.
The campaign will be highlighted through a bespoke TV tag, video on demand, digital and out of home. There will also be a range of point of sale materials to enable retailers to maximise the in-store theatre around this campaign, including dumpbins and magazine hookovers. The free POS will be available from www.ferrero-trade.co.uk.
Levi Boorer, customer development director at Ferrero, said: “Keeping people engaged with the brand with fresh new on pack promotions is a fantastic way to help our loyal retailers drive sales, particularly during the summer period when mums are looking for things to keep their children busy.”
