Lactalis UK & Ireland is reducing its environmental footprint with new packaging for its Président Crème. The Great Taste Award winning spray cream’s packaging is now 10g lighter, with steel/tinplate removed from the aerosol can body and no changes to dimensions, nozzle or cap performance. The aerosol and cap are also fully recyclable and contain 17% recycled material.
Héloïse Le Norcy-Trott, group marketing director for Lactalis UK & Ireland, said: “Packaging is fundamental for preserving the best quality for our dairy products, but we’re also aware of the impact that its production and disposal can have on the planet. We’re committed to developing more sustainable packaging for our brands, and take our responsibility seriously, which is why we have introduced these changes.”
Coinciding with the new packaging, for the first time the company will be supporting Président Crème with a boosted influencer media campaign until mid November.
