Chocolate giant Mondelēz has revealed a range of new treat, sharing and gifting lines set to get consumers spending this festive season.
Hanging bags of foil-wrapped Cadbury Dairy Milk (CDM) Little Robins available in original and Daim variants (rrp £1.49) are set to appeal to consumers looking to treat themselves in the run up to Christmas. Also aimed at the treat market, CDM Snowman is returning to shelves with a new orange flavoured twin (rrp 65p).
Joining the CDM Winter Wonderland Edition block this year is CDM Winter Gingerbread (rrp £1.49) which contains gingerbread-flavoured pieces.
Kids are catered for with novelty Angry Birds and 3D advent calendars (rrp £9.99 and £10 respectively), while a Green & Black’s Organic Advent Calendar (rrp £12.99), plus Darkmilk and Bournville Retro Selection Boxes (both rrp £5.95) are all targeted at an adult audience.
A CDM Hollow Shushing Santa features new technology to improve the quality and durability of the foil, ensuring the chocolate Santas are robust on shelf. The loose figures are available in 45g (rrp £1.49) and 100g (rrp £2.99) formats. There is also a new boxed format (rrp £5), designed to be more gift-worthy and easier to transport safely than the loose, foil-wrapped equivalent.
Another gifting option is the CDM Money Box (rrp £4). Available in Freddo Faces or Buttons variants, the tins double up as money boxes, offering a trade-up from traditional cardboard tubes.
This year, Roses tins (rrp £9.99) boast a bespoke design from London-based British accessories brand Olivia Burton, and contain a discount for a special rose gold watch.
