Cif is rolling out a new cleaning spray: Nature’s Recipe, made using natural ingredients and 100% recycled plastic packaging.
Available to c-stores now, the new Cif Nature’s spray comes in bathroom and kitchen variants (rrp £3.30 per 750ml bottle).
Designed to tap into consumer demand for greener cleaning products, the launch marks the first time Cif has used 100% PET plastic packaging in one of its products.
Gemma Cleland, vice president for home care at Unilever UK and Ireland, said: “No longer considered a niche sector, eco-friendly solutions have taken our cleaning cupboards by storm, and this trend is here to stay.
“Our research shows that consumers are inspired more than ever by products that have great sustainability credentials but want the efficacy and reassurance of an established brand. Offering both means retailers can tap into this growing opportunity.”
