Food to go snack Rumblers has received listings with Musgrave. The mixture of low-fat probiotic yoghurts and wholegrain clusters are made in the Republic of Ireland and are already available in several multiple supermarkets.
Rumblers will be available in Londis and Budgens stores in three variants – Raucous Raspberries, Scrummy Strawberries and Chunky Choc and Curls. Each 169g tub has an rrp of £1.29 - £1.49.
Sheila Gilroy Collins, sales and marketing manager for The Different Dairy Company said: “The listing with Musgrave is a significant step for Rumblers. It increases our availability in corporate stores and gives us access to independents. Distribution and access to the product is key to our success, driving growth and sales. Once consumers taste Rumblers, they re-purchase our little pots of love. So getting people to try the snack is essential.”
Musgrave category head of dairy and deli Nick Hill said this new range will help retailers improve their breakfast and lunch offerings. “Musgrave sees a significant opportunity to further develop their breakfast and lunchtime offer with the introduction of Rumblers into Budgens and Londis stores,” he said. “Breakfast is the largest meal occasion missed during the day, and our partnership with Bord Bia and Rumblers will improve our offer to retailers and consumers.”
