Slush Puppie has launched a 5-A-Side Summer Football Tournament to help kids celebrate this year’s World Cup.

In association with local football club operator Goals, the brand is inviting kids aged five to twelve to take part in the event which includes four heats and one mega final.

The tournament, which will run from August 3-25, will take place in London, Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol and teams can enter using the Goals website.

The event is free for all participants; however a £10 refundable deposit is taken to hold the teams space in the heats.

Zoe Cooper, marketing manager for Slush Puppie said ”We are extremely excited about creating a fun event for our core consumer’s to take part in this summer and engage with our brand. We just want everyone who attends to have loads of fun with their friends.”

Earlier this year, Slush Puppie launched a No Sugar Slush Puppie as well as a new re-useable football cup.
