To add to the additional £2.15m marketing spend for Smirnoff Lime and Smirnoff Green Apple, a round of outdoor advertising has been launched for April. 

The ads are to be found in 11 cities across the nation and the activity will be supported by a sampling campaign in more than 2,000 locations. Diageo says the two flavours are now worth more than £6m and should be served long and mixed with cola for Smirnoff Lime and with lemonade for Smirnoff Green Apple.
