Weight Watchers has launched Reduced Fat Thick Cream with 70% less fat than standard cream.

Manufactured under licence by Dairy Crest, the product is available in 200g pots and contains just 12% fat.

It will be supported by Weight Watchers' annual marketing spend of £27m.
