Walkers has launched a festive range of Christmas dinner-inspired crisps, with the ongoing Brussels Sprout debate at the heart of the campaign.
The new crisp range will include five variants: Turkey and Stuffing; Pigs in Blankets; Glazed Ham; Cheese and Cranberry; and Brussels Sprouts, with an rrp of 65p for a single-serve packet (32.5g) and £1.50 for a selection multipack (6 x 25g).
PepsiCo marketing manager, Andrew Hawkswell, said: “Walkers has a proven track record of launch fun and playful flavours that really get the nation talking, and this year we wanted to bring some of that magic to Christmas.
“We know the sprout debate is one that divides the nation, so we wanted to offer product solutions for both sides of the debate, and ask people to decide whether they’re #SproutLover or #SproutHater.”
The new limited edition range will be accompanied by in-store marketing, as well as TV, digital and PR activity.
