Good luck to Sunder its his business decision. I am sure he has weighed up the pros and cons and made his choice based on facts and figures.

I think totally selling out to Mults is more than getting in bed with them, at least Sunder will be able to terminate his contract in 5 or 7 years if he wishes.

Yes its giving up the independence and handing over the crown jewels, but is this what the next generation of retailers want, simplicity, straight terms and clarity etc..?

I have voiced the march of Franchising about three years ago, no one took it serious.
Today there are plenty lining up.

Either the Independent and C-store is performing badly or UK is Land of opportunities!!

Big Question: Is this One Stop, 7 Eleven or any other c-store franchising a THREAT, CHALLENGE OR OPPORTUNITY FOR THE SYMBOLS?
