Not a service one wants, non delivery shortages and excuses. Six late deliveries 2 non delivery. 10 outer shortage in an order of 30 items. What going on. A lot of claims made made by P&H about delivered vs cash & carry but on current performance they fail both on price and convenience. Looks like its back to cash & carry.
