I have received 5 deliveries over the last 6 days, all deliveries have turned up on time. Availability has been a little concern, service has been good. Prior to going to P&H, I have been in contact with the new depot regarding the delivery time window. It has been arranged professionally by P&H and the right delivery time has been allotted. Availability is a little concern, but due to the number of frequent deliveries it can be easily replenished if you are short of any product. The transition has been very smooth and without any problem. We have been a member of Costcutter since 1995. The last depot transition by Nisa was a disaster. Availability was absolute diabolical and this lasted for 4/6 weeks. So this transition has been very smooth and as a retailer we are very happy.
