Nisa are claiming publicly that the CC exit hasn't hurt them but in reality the guys at Nisa have sales well below what they'd forecast - even after taking in the CC exit. CC really was a large part of the Nisa buying power. Now with less of that buying power the prices that Nisa can get the stock for will be going up and they will have to pass it onto us as retailers at some point. One of the top Nisa directors has taken the brunt of the CC departure and tries to resign but was put onto gardening leave I've heard, even though Nisa have had a few years notice of CC leaving. In fact it was inevitable after Nisa gave DHL the warehousing contract instead of the CC owner Bibby. You learn a lot from delivery drivers.....
