Struggling to get deliveries on time if at all from PH. No one denies that the CC exit has an impact on Nisa. CC customers are being relocated daily with I hasten to add CC owners migrating back already. As for drivers and staff being sent home. I drive for them and I have not experienced this at all as I sit here being unloaded so I can fly up the road to pick up another full load.

Nisa / Dhl who know the CC shops like the back of thier hand with drivers well experienced in the needs of CC retailers and it will be a great loss To CC and take years to for Ph to get customer service levels at the delivery point to the same levels. I wish all CC retailers the best of luck as many had become friends over the last 10 years but I suspect your in for a very bumpy ride.

So independent retailers who want goods on time every time with windows that are met time and time again you have our number and give Nisa a ring I am sure we will all meet again some sunny day :0)
