The issue for the retailer is realibilty of the supply chain ,brand and price ,Unfortunatly this cannot be supplied by P/H ,Costcutter members have already seen a reduction in footfall due to not having the right product on the shelf and that comes from my local shops does any one know how long it takes to get customers back through the door once they have walked and how much that costs the small independant retailer, the only people to benifit while this goes on are the main retailers who are moving into the high streets..
P/H have a terrible reputation for OOS short dated product and lack of range.
NISA NISA NISA have a great supply chain great product range.

P/H will never be able to keep their masters (Tesco) happy while the attention is on Costcutter I dont think Tesco will put up with the poor service it now has because of Costcutter for very much longer.
I did drive for PH but the pressure drivers are under was to much ,they are leaving in droves and having to rely on agency to get the goods out of the door.
