This transition to P&H has been a complete and utter farce. Considering it is the year 2014, the system seems to echo that of the early 1990's yet at least there was no problem with availability. Having been a Costcutter member for more than 20 years, it is a pity that we deciding to change to an alternative and efficient symbol group where we shall not be subjected to rowdy incompetent drivers, low availability and unfriendly customer services who rather than working with us aim to protect their interests. There are no excuses for most of the problems in the current arrangement, they are basic requirements needed to sustain the important customer. Costcutter what have you done? Bookers, Nisa, Spar, Today, Best One, Musgrave....spoilt for choice!
