Agree with Mr Graves on Nisa charges! They need to simplify there current pricing structure, it's too complicated and masked with too many obstacles if you do XYZ you get this & that rebate,surplus etc, you need a maths degree and spend all your time just working out how much your cost of goods are on every delivery, too much cloak and daggers in which we don't have time to mess with.
If they ever get there cost of goods pricing structure sorted out and make it simplified for the retailer then they will make massive strides in getting more retailers joining them.
Otherwise retailers will join up with the likes of the one stop franchise model that make retailers lives more efficient and simple. so Nisa and all other symbol groups take heed and make yourselves more retailer friendly & simplify,simplify,simplify!!
