P&H are a joke. I have been a CC retailer for the past 10 years or so and have a high turnover store. I was very much looking forward to the switch to P&H - improved prices, better service etc etc were the promises. Unfortunately though, all promises have been broken. They are killing my business in the space of a couple of months. Every single delivery is short - and I mean short, sometimes only 50% availablility - 50% !!. Other days a whole section of the order is missing, eg no chill, no alcohol !- P&H always manage to invoice though. I spend more time on the phone and checking through paperwork than I do anything else. I am an easygoing retailer, and as I said, Iwas very supportive of the switch to P&H, even believed the promsises of a few weeks ago that things would improve imminently, but again these promises are empty, just words - a waste of time. CC contracts do not stand anymore, CC are unable to meet their contracted requirement of supplying goods ordered. I am free to switch to a.n.other fascia and will be doing so. Sorry CC, you have really messed this up and are showing no signs at all of improving the situation, only words after words after words, I do not sell words - i want product on the shelf.
