Guys look after no1 you and your business. A simple apology week after week is not enough it's not going to bring customers back or restore the credibility of you and your store. Symbol groups now more than ever need you and your business if anything they should be bending over backwards to retain and appease and entice you. After 18 months of trialling, testing and titivating cc and p and h should have been ready to go. It's now becoming clear that if they haven't ironed these problems out in 18 months then it's not going to improve in a matter of weeks. Furthermore how can a symbol group like cc catch up with the likes of nisa, etc who have years of growth and development under there belt. It's akin to putting a debut pro boxer with floyd may weather on his first fight. We already know who the winner is even before a punch has landed. So the moral of the story retailers is don't her knocked out by the first punch.
