Nisa provides its members with an exceptional delivery service, providing 96% delivery on time and 98.2% availability on the 13,000 lines available from Nisa.

Nisa acknowledges that a 50-75% availability rate can have a drastic effect on an independent retailer’s business (a potential loss of 5-10k per week off a weekly turnover of £20k) and therefore has really invested in its supply chain to ensure it is one of the best in the sector.

Nisa has also invested in the rebrand and reformulation of its own label Heritage range, with the first range of products launched achieving an uplift of 50% above the forecast.

As a company it has also acknowledged that in some cases its terms can be simplified and therefore this is a key point in the company’s strategy going forward.
