I have recently bought a packet of Jps blue and annoyingly the buts had detached themselves from the rest of the ciggerets, being disabled and living rurally I couldn't just nip to the shop to replace them so had to make do...This is not the first time this had happened either. What can you do to keep my custom and ensure your brand is the best quality consistently?
