This is the first time I have ever complained about a product being discontinued. It took me years to find a luxury instant coffee I liked - Carte Noire Espresso - and now I can't buy it. I have tried the new brand of L'Or which just tastes like similar coffees promising the world but are not much better than the cheap brands. You state 8 million pounds have been spent - well, not much could have been spent on the consumer testing stage. I will not be buying L'Or and will now have to look for a different brand. You should always take note of your customers - don't forget "the customer is always right".
