Snappy Shopper has partnered with delivery driver platform Stuart in a move to improve the delivery experience for both consumers and retailers.
Stuart is a last-mile logistics platform which connects businesses to a fleet of geolocalised independent couriers. The collaboration aims to streamline operations for retailers, allowing deliveries in as little as 60 minutes.
Snappy Shopper highlighted that one key advantage of partnering with Stuart is its access to “reliable, on-the-ground network of independent couriers”.
Utilising bicycles, mopeds, and cars, Stuart’s fleet of independent couriers operates across the local area from 9am to 11pm, 364 days a year.
This expansive network aims to ”ensure that deliveries are completed swiftly and reliably”, even during peak times and holidays.
The partnership hopes to maximise efficiency across delivery journeys, providing real-time tracking updates for both retailers and end-customers.
Stuart provides SMS and email live tracking so customers can stay informed every step of the way, from order confirmation to delivery at their doorstep.
“This level of transparency and communication enhances the overall delivery experience, fostering trust and satisfaction among consumers,” said Snappy Shopper.
Mike Callachan chief executive and co-founder of Snappy Shopper explained that the partnership solidifies the company’s dedication to revolutionising the local delivery landscape: “By leveraging Stuart’s platform, we can ensure that customers receive their orders faster than ever before, while supporting local businesses and communities.”
John Gillan UK general manager of Stuart added: “Stuart’s partnership with Snappy Shopper continues our mission to support local businesses, which are vital to our communities and the wider economy. Connecting with Stuart’s on-the-ground fleet of independent couriers will allow grocers to streamline delivery operations, driving positive outcomes for both consumers and businesses.”
