Haribo has given its Football Mix jellies limited edition red and white packaging in preparation for the World Cup this summer. The 220g bags, which feature football, shirt and boot-shaped pieces, are pricemarked at £1 and come in a shelf ready carton.
The packs follow the success of Haribo’s 2010 campaign, which again saw Football Mix in red and white packaging. During this time sales topped £3m.
Marketing manager Katy Clark said: “Football Mix is already a family favourite due to its great taste and football shaped pieces, by adding a new look bag we’ve created the perfect treat for a summer of football.
“The limited edition bag looks great on shelf too, making it a popular choice for retailers who are looking to benefit from impulse sales through themed displays that help to capitalise upon this fun, football occasion.”
