Boost Drinks has announced the launch of Pomberri Blast, a new limited edition sugar-free SKU.
Available as a limited edition line from early April, with a particular focus on the festivals market, Pomberri Blast features a blend of pomegranate and blueberry flavours, in a 250ml can price-marked at 49p.
Pomberri Blast will be supported by point of sale material and a dedicated consumer marketing campaign called Boostival17, which will run across radio, digital and social media channels, with the chance to win festival tickets, survival kits and other branded products.
Simon Gray, founder and managing director, said: “Investing in new product development is a key part of our Champion Of The Independents commitment, whereby we do not sell to or through supermarkets. Pomberri Blast is the latest in a series of limited edition SKUs created exclusively for the independent channel.”
Sugar free energy drink sales are growing at 47% year on year and blueberry and pomegranate as flavours are out-performing the market according to IRI data.
