Confectionery cash and carry Hancocks is adding Black Jacks and Fruit Salad to its tube range, which now features six products. "These sweets allow independent retailers to achieve a decent margin and not be fighting directly with the supermarkets, who don't stock these tubes," says purchasing director Jonathan Summerley. The company has also revamped the packaging of its 'three for 99p' range of bagged sweets with a bright, eye-catching packaging design.
