Cadbury Cakes will be expanding its latest whole cakes offering by introducing a new Cadbury Mini Egg Easter Joy Cake (rrp £5.99)- the perfect cake treat to share at Easter. The cake is filled with a yellow butter cream and topped with Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Karmel Maletta, innovation controller for Mr Kipling and Cadbury Cakes at Premier Foods, said: “We know shoppers consider Easter as a family-orientated occasion and we wanted to offer a selection of exciting treats which can be shared with friends and family during the seasonal occasion. Mr Kipling and Cadbury Cakes are already firm family favourites, which is why they’re even more popular at Easter time with them both owning over 80% share of the Easter cake market (IRI Data ending 8w/e 26th March 2016 % Change YoY, Easter Cake).”
Both Mr Kipling and Cadbury Cakes seasonal ranges are available to all retailers via grocery, impulse and wholesale.
