London healthy snacking start-up Abakus Foods has unveiled a new range of snacks using red dates, stuffed with different types of nuts.

The new range is made using the superfruit red dates and includes four skus; crunchy almonds, nutty walnuts, creamy cashews, and a combination of mixed nuts.

The creamy and nutty flavour of the snacks complement the natural sweetness of the red dates, which combine to create a treat snack without the guilt. With just 70 kcal per pack, the products are targeted at the healthy snacking and on-the-go missions.

In addition to the new Nut Stuffed range, Abakus Foods is also introducing a smaller snack pack for its original Chewy Red Dates and Crunchy Red Date Crisps. The new packs feature new labelling showing how the products contain no added sugar, no sulphites, high levels of fibre and potassium.
