Ribena has launched a brand new on-pack promotion across all its products in a move to boost sales for retailers.
The competition will give shoppers the chance to win memorable family experiences everyday.
With prizes up for grabs including UK holiday packages and experience vouchers – as well as an additional 1000 cash prizes to reward shoppers with some summer spending money – this competition is ”set to grab consumers’ attention in store and drive soft drink sales for stores,” said the brand.
Aurelie Patterson head of ribena at Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I (SBF GB&I) said: “This fun new campaign showcases how we as a brand put consumers at our heart, giving families the chance to come together and make memories this summer with the delicious taste of Ribena. It’s also a great sales opportunity for retailers during the key selling season for soft drinks – capturing those additional sales at an important time. It’s our most extensive summer promotion ever – running across both our squash and ready-to-drink range – so retailers should make sure they’re stocked up and ready for the extra demand!”
Shoppers can enter the promotion via a QR code on pack, which can be found across the brand’s squash formats from this month onwards, followed by ready-to-drink in May.
Alongside the on-pack offering, the brand’s ‘Ribena berries’ TV advert is returning to screens this summer. The berries made their much-anticipated return to TV last year reaching 67% of people across the UK, “growing consideration and “spontaneous awareness for the brand”.
