Ritz unveils new look for reduced salt formula

Ritz savoury biscuits have a new-look pack to coincide with its reduced salt content.

The amount of salt in its Original variant has been lowered from 3.28g per 100g to 1.38g per 100g, with the rest of the range to follow suit over the coming months.

Brand manager Alastair Pilgrim said: “We’ve managed to significantly reduce the salt content of Ritz Original and the rest of the range without losing the great taste, and the new packs have great shelf appeal.”
