SACLA is adding two regional Italian sauces to its portfolio.
Salsa Verde and Salsa Rossa are described as perfect accompaniments to fish, meat and fresh vegetables.
The verde sauce contains chopped parsley, capers, garlic and chilli, while the rossa sauce is made from peppers and sun-dried tomatoes.
Both sauces come in 190g jars and can be consumed hot or cold.
