Fruit juice brand Tropicana is bringing back its trade-exclusive activation, with a bigger cash prize of £10,000, as well as 10 x £500 runner-up prizes on offer. The campaign will run across hero SKUs from Naked, Tropicana and Copella until 15th September.
To be in with a chance of winning, retailers have to buy any two cases of Tropicana Smooth Orange (250ml or 850ml), Tropicana Original Orange (250ml or 850ml), Naked Blue Machine (300ml), Naked Green Machine (300ml) or Copella Cloudy Apple (300ml), and text JUICY to the number on the POS materials in store. Once notified of their win, retailers will need to upload an image of their receipt of purchase.
Lucy Kent, head of impulse at Tropicana Brands Group, says: “We know that Chilled Fruit Juice & Smoothies remains an incredibly important category for retailers during the summer months when consumers are looking for more refreshing options to purchase.
“Tropicana and Naked in particular are proving popular within the channel, with Tropicana Smooth the no 1 Chilled Juice & NFC, and Naked Green the no 1 Smoothie in the category [Nielsen]. We tend to see a natural uplift in sales of our juice brands in the category during the summer months and we would like to encourage retailers to maximise this opportunity.
