Following on from the success of its organic, vegan soups collection, Pep & Lekker has extended into the world of healthy snacking with the launch of a range of seed crackers.

The new crackers are organic, gluten-free and each sku is made with more than five seeds and a flagship ‘super ingredient’ (Brahmi, Maca or Wheatgrass).

Available in fully recyclable and compostable pouches (30g, rrp £2.99), the range includes: Cumin & Nigella Seeds, Fennel & Sunflower Seeds and Rosemary & Pumpkin Seeds.

Pep & Lekker co-founder Susan Gafsen said: ”Pep & Lekker was born from an ongoing struggle to marry my personal passions for good nutrition and wellness with a hectic city career as a corporate lawyer. The nature of my career meant I was forever supporting successful entrepreneurs on their pioneering journeys. My vegan son had historically struggled to find suitable snacks with even a smidgeon of appetite appeal, which gave me the impetus to forge a new career path.”

Pep & Lekker snacks are bound by apple, meaning they contain no oil.
