Simply Fresh is to open its 37th store later this month, in Shropshire.
The new store will be located in Cleobury Mortimer in Shropshire, with owner William Henry keen to begin trading under the Simply Fresh fascia.
“Simply Fresh’s principles of selling high quality, fresh and locally sourced produce are very apt for the Cleobury Mortimer community - a small, close-knit community with an abundance of local suppliers of fresh produce who we can work with and support,” he said.
The store, which will open later this month, will continue the Simply Fresh theme of focusing on community and stocking locally-sourced products.
“We are very excited to launch the new store and work with a number of our local suppliers, schools, organisations and community members,” added William.
The Simply Fresh group was set up by brothers Suhjit and Kash Khera, who wanted to create a “unique brand” for the convenience store sector.
