To celebrate Northern Ireland’s Environment Week 2024 laat month, a dedicated team from Barista Bar, Northern Ireland’s coffee-to-go brand, joined forces with Eco Rangers, Walk NI and staff from Eurospar Victoria Road for their annual litter pick.
Together, the group cleared ten bags of litter from residential areas around the store and throughout the town, reinforcing their commitment to keeping local communities clean and beautiful.
Rachel Martin, assistant brand manager from Henderson Foodservice, which owns Barista Bar, said: “Environment Week helps showcase the amazing natural beauty we’re so lucky to have here in Northern Ireland and encourages people to appreciate, and show care to, their local communities and beyond.
The brand has been an official partner of the Eco Rangers since 2021, fueling volunteers with beverages during their litter picks throughout Northern Ireland, and has proudly sponsored Walk NI since 2021, hosting various community walking events that bring people together to enjoy the outdoors with their favourite coffee in hand.
