Bestway Wholesale has launched a summer campaign offering ‘smoking hot deals’ to support its customers across its depots and online.

Following similar deals in 2023, there are new special offers on barbecue and picnic products ideal for enjoying while watching summer sporting events like the Olympics, Paralympics and men’s and women’s T20 cricket World Cups.

Retailers will be greeted in depot by Bestway’s barbecue campaign offering deals and supplier promotions across soft drinks, beers, wines, ciders, snacks and confectionery. 2023’s summer campaign saw a 30% sales uplift across all categories, with 25% of total visitors purchasing products.

The campaign is also online, where retailers who opt for Click & Collect or delivered services will be able to find the same barbecue theme and deals. Bestway have even created a widget to help retailers prepare their shops in accordance with the predicted weather.

Group trading director Kenton Burchell, explains more: “The summer is a key trading period for convenience retailers, and we want to give back to both our customers and their shoppers by providing exceptional value to springboard sales in the summer months. These deals help fulfil the demand for frequent top-up and spontaneous shopping trips, typically seen during the summer as shoppers decide on a last-minute barbecue or picnic.”
