Ahead of World Mental Health Day 2024, Convenience Store asked retailers to share personal tips on managing mental health and supporting employees during tough times.

This years theme for the awareness day prioritises mental health in the workplace. It highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities.
